If there is a fault with the product, we are happy to cover the costs of replacement, including return postage costs.

Exchange items must be returned within 2 week of purchase, items must be unworn, unused & in the original condition.
Items must be returned in a Reply Paid Satchel, once returned items are received your new items will be shipped to you.
